Well I did it! Today I took the final exam and passed. I have officially completed the pre-licensing course for the Florida Real Estate License.
Now the next step is to pass the state exam. I cannot take that exam until my license application has been completed by the state. Hopefully all of that will be complete soon, it is definitely in the process.
Just wanted to provide the update and let everyone know that I have completed the first big step to obtaining my Real Estate License.
